Myxini- Myxine glutinosa
The organisms belonging to Class Myxini live in temperate, marine deep water. They feed on detritus and carrion, as well as polychaete worms. To locate prey, the organisms use sensitive tentacles around their mouth. The organisms have a single nostril which opens into the pharynx.
